I ◇ Scottish Steakhouse & Grill
Mac & Wild

Highland hospitality, Scottish produce and good times shared.

Mac & Wild is the London-born heart of the house. What began as Wild Game Co. — venison sold from a Land Rover at Borough Market — grew into two restaurants in the capital and a reputation for bringing the very best of the Scottish larder to the city.
The Times' Giles Coren called it 'the best restaurant in the world,' praising the vibe, the people, the attitude to food and the whisky. That same spirit runs through every dish here: dry-aged Scottish beef, wild venison, West Coast langoustine and hand-dived scallops, cooked simply and served with stories.
Beyond the restaurants, Mac & Wild has taken its fire-pit cooking on the road, most notably hosting David Beckham and guests for a Haig Club celebration on a Scottish beach — seven courses of wild produce, whisky and Highland hospitality under open sky.
