Barrel Bar
A dark, intimate back bar built from old casks and copper.
The Barrel Bar is the first room you meet and the last you leave. Old casks are set whole into the panelling, their ends branded with the distilleries that filled them, and the light comes from candles and the amber glow behind the bottles.
The list runs from everyday drams to rare independent bottlings, poured neat or built into cocktails that lean on Scottish produce — heather honey, sea buckthorn, birch sap, Speyside sherry casks.
