Highland Fling is the loudest room in the house and proud of it. Fiddle, guitar, box and pipes; traditional sessions early, then something rowdier as the night settles in.

The bar keeps Scottish ales and lagers alongside the drams, and the kitchen sends through bar plates — haggis bonbons, smoked mussels, venison sausage rolls — until late.
