Mumbai follows Delhi. A city that never really stops, matched to a house that keeps the fire lit late: the cask-built whisky bar, the live sessions, the grill room working Scottish shellfish and game, and the immersive bothy taking guests from Islay shorelines to Speyside rivers.

The same five spaces, the same producer-first point of view, but tuned to a city that knows how to make a night of it. Whisky chosen glass by glass, music until late, and the Scottish larder served with Mumbai energy. Dates and the building will be announced once confirmed.
