London is where it starts. One building given over entirely to Scotland — a whisky bar built from old casks, a live music bar running seven nights a week, a steakhouse and grill working the Scottish larder, an immersive tasting bothy and a private members' room at the top of the house.

It is the full expression of everything we have learned since Mac & Wild: producers we know by name, whisky chosen glass by glass, and rooms designed to be lived in rather than looked at.
